UiTM SISU Social Innovation Studio 2

UiTM SISU kicked off the month of April with its second Social Innovation Studio on the 6th of April 2019. Similar as before, the studio was designed by SIX and it was conducted as a replication of the workshop previously done by SIX. The workshop took place in the Faculty of Education, UiTM Puncak Alam. This time around, a total of 9 students had participated in the social innovation studio which centered around designing possible social innovation ideas in solving problems based on current problems. The studio was successfully done throughout the whole day centered on enlightening students’ awareness on Social Innovation.

iLab Talk – Business & Design

On April 1, Dr. Jaeil Lee, a Fulbright Professor and Chair of Apparel Design and Merchandising at Seattle Pacific University, had a talk on Business & Design at NUM Social Innovation Lab. She has extensive teaching and industry experience in apparel product development. It was a good opportunity for NUM-IC students to learn about apparel product development and technical design, global apparel merchandising, and social entrepreneurship.
